This trio of sisters with their natural demeanour and charming humour continuously wins hearts of more and more fans. They accompany their three-part singing with guitar, accordion and violin and their concerts are original and unique experiences. With their instrumental skills they add a new dimension to the swing music of the legendary Andrews Sisters, whose songs you will definitely find in their repertoire, as well as songs of Balkan, Gipsy, Slovak music. The Priester Sisters also have a steadily increasing supply of their own original songs, built on the crossover of various influences, and with a new unique sound.
During their relatively short tenure they have had several successes, receiving the "Golden gander" award for musical productions at the Kremnica Sounds festival in 2015. In 2017 they appeared on a Czech tour of UHCR - The orchestra of Czech Army, and they performed at the Theatre awards show Thalie in 2016 at the National Theatre of Czech Republic. They also appeared in the movie “Promised Princess”,and several times in various Television shows on Tv Art, Barrandov Tv, Tv Palladium and Tv Mnam.
The Priester Sisters perform regular concerts and at venues and festival stages of Germany, Czech and Slovak, and have also introduced themselves in Belgium, Holland and Italy.

The biggest news of this year’s Priester Sisters’ performances is definitely that they now include their brand new, original songs in their repertoire. New Instrumental compositions also include the piano and electric guitar and you can look forward to hear a very new style - mix of swing, gipsy, pop and a bit of psychedelic music :)
In September 2017 The Priester Sisters will make their first tour of Italy. In addition to the concert at the Nà Cosetta club in Rome, there are shows planned in five other Italian cities - Livorno, Siena, Orvieta, Terni and Pinerolo.
In 2017 a new circus show Younak appeared in the modern circus scene. The show uniquely combines Slovakian folklore and its traditional music and dance with non-verbal theatre, improvisation and modern scenic music. The director of the show is the widely recognized Adrian Schvarzstein (Spain). His sense of humor makes people laugh through the whole show and leaves the audience with a strong impression. The plot is inspired by the story of Slovakian brigand Jánošík. However, the show is not a simple narration, but shows fragments and artistic pictures of the general atmosphere of the brigand age as well as of the life of Jánošík and the mark of his personality on society. The Priester Sisters are taking a part in this project not only as a folklore band, but also as actors and dancers. The circus show will be performing in the next couple of years in many places, so make sure to see it at least once. ;)

In March 2017, during the live streaming of 2016 Thalie Awards, (under the direction of Ivan Pokorný) the music was performed and arranged by The Priester Sisters. Besides improvising the background music during the nominations, the sisters also played the songs “Il Faut du Temps au Temps”, “Libertango” by Astor Piazzola, and “Dance of pirates”, a composition of Jiří Hájek, from new movie “Promised Princess” by Ivan Pokorný. (The sisters also played three princesses in this movie, see above.) A condensed version of their performance from the evening in National Theatre in Prague is available to watch at the link below.
In 2016, director Ivan Pokorný made his fairytale movie “Promised Princess” (in orig.language „Slíbená princezna“) for children and adults. The Priester Sisters appeared in the movie as three of the twelve princess sisters and they also recorded a music of Jiří Hájek, written especially for the movie. How it resolved with the princess Radost, the pirate Za Bié Ocradé and the servant Jiřík, you might have seen last Christmas on 25th of December 2016 on Czech Tv Channel ČT1.
What is a summer comfort without some chilled out busking? So we tried it several times in Berlin and we have to say that with the Roland Mobile AC Acoustic Chorus amplifiers, it’s really a joy! We show how it would look like in Prague on the Old Town Square in our videoclip shot together with very handy cameraman Martin Novotný. Of course the city police obliged, and joined our video with pleasure ;)
